Emerald City Salad

Red Romaine with Frisee, Toasted Corn, Smoked Salmon, Currants and Pine Nuts with Basil Pesto Ranch

Meritage Chicken

Herb roasted airline breast of chicken with a Red Wine Glaze nestled over a mixture of corn, red bell peppers, sweet potatoes, and red onions in a savory sauce, accompanied by asparagus spears.

Raspberry Mont Blanc

White Chocolate Mousse, Kirsch Soaked Raspberries, White and Red Pyramid Shell

Chocolate Monton

Chocolate Fondant Cream and Pieces of Premium Chocolate Cake,  Garnished with a Dark Chocolate and White Chocolate Glaze
